The Israeli Telecom Consortium-ICOMM brought together 15 Israeli companies with German professionals in the field, in order to promote Israeli communication products and services. The initiative, a conjoint effort with the German ICOMM members will meet leading companies include Vodafone, DT, O2, Siemens and German distributors, integrators, cellular operators, ISP companies. The event will take place on May 25th, and will serve as a platform for similar events in the future with the ICT Israeli industry. The Israeli delegation will consist, among others, the following : FTS which deals with billing solutions, IP-Gallery offers branding solutions, TTI-Telecom specializes in OSS solutions for CSP, Traffix Systems a company that sell OSS solutions, Ayehu, Lognet, Audiocodes etc. ICOMM has informed us that after the event, the consortium will work, with the help of the local representatives, to seal communication, acquisition and distribution deals- a process that might continue for the next quarter to half of the year. According to the level of attendance of the German companies and the cost of the solutions offered, the consortium has announced that the organizers expect business transactions amounting up to two million dollars. According to the volume of future operations the Bavarian government, that has expressed interest in the encouragement of joint collaborations, will decide upon expanding and deepening the mutual governmental operations.
According to David Hava, CEO of the consulting company MIW “Germany is amongst the leading exporters of Telecom worldwide. The ability and ingenuity of Israeli companies, combined with the size and planning and marketing abilities of the German companies, might become an interesting recipe for success”. Sebastian Naumann, CEO of the German Inline-Sales, has stated that the high level of response from German organizations and large companies to take part in the event and meet with the Israeli exporters, gives testimony to the fact that the potential for future collaboration is far from being fully met. Newman ads that, this year he arrived for the first time in Israel and was surprised by the amount and high level of technologies and initiatives. According to Naumann, today more Israeli IT companies are active in Germany, due to the German abilities to plan and market strengthened by the Israeli initiatives and dominance regarding the development of new products.

The French-Israeli commercial bureau held during November an Information Security convention; which included meetings between Israeli companies with leading French banks and organizations.TISG arranged the event together with the French-Israeli commercial bureau, in order to assist in the making of new channels of commerce and direct collaborations with French companies and organizations.
